摘要随着经济的快速发展,城市汽车保有量也急剧增加。虽然道路基础设施得到了很大改善,但是交通拥挤的状况却日趋严重,从而导致管理部门的警力投入和单位警力工作负荷也在不断增加,由于道路的拥挤和违章行驶导致的城市交通安全已经成为限制各行各业发展的主要因素之一。因此,本文首先通过对国内外城市交通安全现状的分析得出造成交通安全水平下降的原因主要为路面窄、车辆多、违章行驶及警力不足。然后依据对影响城市道路安全因素的分析,建立了城市道路交通安全评价指标体系,利用模糊数学方法建立了相应的城市道路交通安全评价模型。最后,利用Visual Studio平台设计了城市道路交通安全监控程序,并进行了分析。60929

Title Urban road traffic safety monitoring technology operations research
Abstract With the rapid economic development, urban car ownership has increased dramatically. Although the road infrastructure has been greatly improved, but the situation has been worsening traffic congestion, resulting in investment management department of police and police units also increased workload due to road congestion and illegal traffic caused by urban traffic safety has become the main factors limiting the development of industries. Therefore, this article first through urban traffic safety situation at home and abroad come to cause traffic safety analysis of the main reasons for the decline in the level of the narrow road, many vehicles, illegal traffic and the shortage of policemen. And then based on the factors affecting urban road safety analysis, the establishment of urban road traffic safety evaluation index system, using fuzzy mathematics method to establish the corresponding urban road traffic safety evaluation model. Finally, the use of Visual Studio platform design of urban road traffic safety monitoring program, and analyzed.
