摘要作为城市轨道交通车辆重要组成部件的轮对装置,承受来自车辆的全部静、动载荷,轮对踏面的磨损、擦伤、剥离、裂纹等故障是危及行车安全的重大因素,必须及时有效地对车辆轮对尺寸和故障状态进行记录和分析,及时发现轮对故障,修复或更换超限轮对,以避免列车事故的发生。本文在对城市轨道交通车辆轮对检测系统、轮对管理信息系统的国内外现状研究的基础上,构思了一种基于网页的能够有效记录和分析车辆轮对数据的城市轨道车辆轮对综合管理信息系统。基于系统各模块的操作流程,研究了系统的流程;基于用户需求与软件权限结构,规划了系统的组织结构;基于系统的理论、功能和数据架构,分析了系统组织架构;最后重点研究了系统的智能模块。60930

Title The comprehensive design of information management system of the urban rail transit vehicle wheel
Abstract
As the important component of the urban rail transit vehicle, the wheel device supports all the static and dynamic load of the vehicle. The defects of the surface and near-surface of the wheel tread, such as wear, scratch, peeling, cracks and so on, are the main causes that threaten the safety of the trains. To avoid train accident, the size and failure state of the train wheels must be recorded and analyzed effectively in time, and the defects of the wheels must be found in time, and the overloading wheels must be restored or replaced. Having introduced the domestic and overseas study actuality of detecting system and information management system of urban rail vehicle wheel, this paper designs a comprehensive information management system of the urban rail vehicle which can record and analyze the data of the train wheel effectively based on web. The right process of the system is mainly studied based on the operational flow of each module. The organizational structure of the system is fully planned based on user needs and software permissions structure. The framework of the system is designed specially based on the theory architecture, functions architecture, and data architecture of systems. The conception of intelligent module of the system is put forward at the end.
