摘要基于AVR单片机的乙醇浓度测试仪是一种运用于交通安全和工业生产的检测装置。本文设计的装置可以快速准确的检测出环境的乙醇浓度含量,然后通过液晶显示屏显示出来。同时检测浓度是否超出报警阈值,一旦浓度超标,该系统就会及时的进行一个报警的行为。63533
本系统主要围绕电阻式半导体气敏传感器MQ-3,AVR单片机Atmega16和液晶显示屏1602展开硬件设计和软件设计。把Atmega16单片机作为控制核心,把MQ-3作为采集单元,把1602作为显示单元。系统通过信号采集、信号调理、AD转换、信号处理将乙醇浓度含量检测出来并报警。本系统通过PROTEL进行硬件设计,通过ICCAVR进行软件编程,并最终通过仿真软件PORTUES完成软硬件的联调。系统设计完毕后由PROTEL生成PCB板并可以最终交付生产。

Title Microcontroller-based ethanol concentration detection Device design
Abstract AVR-based ethanol concentration tester is used in traffic safety and industrial production. This design device can quickly and accurately detect the concentration of ethanol content in the environment, and then show through the LCD. It will also detect whether the concentration exceeds the alarm threshold, once the concentration exceeded, the system will prompt for an alarm behavior. The system mainly focus resistive semiconductor gas sensor MQ-3, AVR microcontroller Atmega16 and LCD screen 1602.Those devices are used in hardware and software design. It uses the Atmega16 microcontroller as the control core, the MQ-3 as the acquisition unit, the 1602 as a display unit. System through the signal acquisition, signal conditioning, AD converter, signal processing detected the ethanol concentration and alarm. The system design hardware through PROTEL, design software by ICCAVR, and eventually complete software and hardware emulation by PROTUES. After the system design, PROTEL is used to generate the PCB for manufacture.
