摘要在实际工作中,经常需要对元器件如滤波器放大器的频率特性进行研究。如输入信号的幅度比随频率变化的幅频关系,输入信号相位差随频率变化的相频关系。在图像信号传输以及处理处理方面,研究系统网络的相频特性的重要性显得尤为突出。其中,相位差测量是相频特性中关键的一个环节,如何快速精确的测量相位差已经成为很多项目的研究课题。相位差的测量的基本原理主要有三种:对波形的变换比较、对傅氏级数的运算以及对三角函数的运算。而第一种测量原理的主要办法有:示波器测量、相位转换时间差计算以及相位转换电压差计算等等。
本设计为一种基于AT89C52的单片机开发的数字式相位测量仪的设计。系统围绕Atmle公司的AT89C51单片机为核心构造相位测量系统。可以对10Hz~20kHzd的频率范围的信号进行频率、相位等参数的精确测量。通过LED数码管显示测量相位差配合少量逻辑电路完成硬件设计。软件采用汇编语言,通过Keil C进行单片机的仿真调试。65331
