    摘要基于无线传感器网络的实验室智能监控系统通过由 ZigBee 节点组成的无线 网络,对各个节点上的传感器进行数据采集与指令发送。本设计在硬件上使用了 以 CC2530 芯片为核心的 ZigBee 无线节点,实现了无线监控的低功耗、高安全 性、低成本以及高智能的优势,克服传统监控系统在成本以及监控效率方面的不 足。并在 LAbVIEW 环境下设计了上位机系统,使系统更易于被工程人员使用与 维护。69966

    本文首先对实验室监控系统的研究背景进行了讨论,在结合国内外监控系统 的特点与发展趋势的基础上,提出了本设计的研究内容与意义。其次根据设计内 容,对本设计所涉及的技术理论以及硬件进行了介绍,主要包括了对 ZigBee 技 术、CC2530 芯片、主要传感器以及系统设计平台,奠定了设计的理论基础。之 后对系统设计的原则与需求进行了分析,从而引出了对实验室智能监控系统硬件 部分与软件部分的设计解析。结合协议栈的运行机制,探究了不同 ZigBee 节点 的组网过程与原理;结合 LabVIEW 语言介绍了上位机系统各项功能的实现方式, 以及系统工作流程。

    本文最后对基于无线传感器网络的实验室智能监控系统进行了测试,分别对 无线数据收发、系统功能以及继电器电路的控制进行了实践。有效得对本设计的 性能进行了评估。

    Design of Laboratory Intelligent Monitoring System Based on Wireless Sensor Network

    Abstract

    By the ZigBee wireless network nodes, the intelligent monitoring system of Laboratory based on wireless sensor network (WSN) collect data from each node on the sensor and send orders to these nodes. The design of the hardware used with CC2530 chip as the core of ZigBee wireless node,the strengths of low-power wireless monitoring , high security, low cost and high intelligence have overcome the shortcomings of traditional monitoring system with high costs and low  efficiency. And in LAbVIEW environment designed PC system, making the system easier to use and maintain by engineers.

    Firstly,this paper discussed the research background of laboratory monitoring system,base on the characteristics and trend of development of the monitoring system both at home and abroad, the content of this research and the significance of  this design are put forward. Secondly, according to the design, involved in the design of the technology and the theory of hardware were introduced, mainly includes the ZigBee technology, chip CC2530, main sensors and system design platform, which laid the theoretical basis for the design. Then the principles and demand of the system design are analyzed, which lead to the laboratory intelligent monitoring system hardware and software design resolution. Combined operating mechanism of the protocol stack, explores the process of networking with different kind ZigBee nodes; Combined with LabVIEW language, the realization of system functions and the system working processare are introduced.

    Finally, laboratory intelligent monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks were tested,which includes the wireless data transmission, system functions and the control of the relay circuit. The performance of the design is evaluated effectivly.
