微课资源弥合学生差异的实证研究——以《大学生就业指导》为例摘要自从微课概念提出以来,国内研究学者在微课领域的研究如火如荼。目前的研究发现,微课在教师专业发展、区域教育均衡、提升学生媒体素养等方面发挥了重要作用。然而,现有研究对于微课资源对高、低成就学生的学习成效产生的影响尚不清楚。因此,本研究的研究问题是:与传统现场听课相比,微课资源对学生的学习成效产生了何种影响?本研究邀请191 名师范大学本科全日制大学生参与实验, 这些参与者均未参与过就业指导类课程的学习。研究者分为四个小组,其中A 组为对照组,B、C、D组为实验组。对照组的学习方式为传统课堂听课,实验组的学习方式分别为课堂实录、微视频、“微视频+MAKA”。经过2 节课的课题实验,研究发现:(1)低成就者的学习成绩总体呈上升趋势,高、低成就学生学习成绩差距减少;(2)微课形式的丰富程度与学生学习的感知与满意度成正比;(3)MAKA(微信HTML5 场景视频),使课程学习效果有明显提升。42004

Empirical research on Micro class resources bridgingthe differences among students—basing on the casestudy of Employment Guidance for College StudentsABSTRACTSince China launched the micro class concept, research in this field is booming.The current study found that micro lesson has played an important role in teachers'professional development, regional education balancing, promotion of students’ medialiteracy, etc. However, based on the existing research findings, the respective learningeffects of micro class resources on students with high achievement and lowachievement are not clear. Therefore, the research question of this study is: comparedwith the traditional site class, what’s the influence of micro class resources onstudents' learning effects?This study invited, as our subjects, 191 full-time undergraduates from JiangsuNormal University who had not attended employment guidance courses. Researchersare pided into four groups, including group A as the control group, group B, C, D asexperimental groups. The control group accepted the traditional classroom lectures,and the experimental groups learn by course video, micro video, and "micro video +MAKA” respectively.After 2 classes, the study found that: (1) grades of low achievers is in general onthe rise, and the gap between high and low achievement students reduced; (2) therichness of micro lesson form is proportional to the students' perception andsatisfaction; (3) MAKA (WeChat HTML 5 video scene), made a significant lift inlearning efficiency.
