    We can see from the above studies, many scholars have looked at the effectiveness of movies on English learning, including vocabulary growth, writing skill, oral expression, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, etc. In addition, teachers are of great importance in movie appreciation instruction. Although some have proposed that we should focus on the choice of movie materials before we watch movies, few have carried out experiments to further study how teachers should teach to have better effectiveness of learning English through watching movies.
