    This paper aims to master the middle school students' attitudes and views towards English learning motivation, study new problems that exist in students' motivations, give some suggestions and comments to improve the quality of middle school English teaching. Last year, the Ministry of Education has said that the college entrance examination reform to be implemented in 2017. About “Chinese Education Department said the college entrance examination reform program will implement in 2017, the proportion of English total score in the college entrance examination will be cut”in the media has become a hot concern. Socialized English exam will be hold several times a year is becoming the direction of reform. Many experts have advocated the implementation of English grade scoring system. This does not mean college entrance examination will not has English test , it will not undermine the current English teaching, because college admissions will still has requirements for English grade. Just universities of different levels and categories can have different requirements for students’English levels. However, this information is also had a tremendous impact on the students English learning and learning motivation. (童20)
