    摘要在大学英语学习中,大学生具有反思学习的能力对于完善自身语言知识是十分重要的。简而言之,学习这种能力的目的就是能够更熟悉自己从而更有方向性地提高语言能力。
    本文分成了四个大部分来阐释培养大学生英语反思性学习的策略。第一部分阐释关于英语反思性学习的概念、特征和重要性以及建构主义的理论和指导作用。建构主义学习理论中包含了指导反思能力的原则。建构主义学习强调教师为主导,学生为主体的理念。在第二部分,文章主要分析了大学生英语学习现状,以及一些引发原因的见解。第三部分阐述了几个关于如何发展提高大学生英语反思性学习的能力,其中包括英语学习反思内容以及教师如何以辅助者的身份来组织大学生英语反思性学习的策略。最后总结出,经过专门指导学生有关反思能力的意义与训练方法,学生对自己有更加深刻的认识并且自我调节和监控能力加强。大学生反思能力是要经过培养就可以获得的一种学习能力,最重要的就是要有反思意识与教师有意识的引导。

    1 Introduction
    Cultivating college students' reflective learning ability in their English learning is important for the acquirement of knowledge and future career development. Reflective learning is important branch of autonomous learning, and is one of the ways of developing autonomous learning ability. In college English teaching, teachers should be better to care for the cultivation of students' self-reflection, self-monitoring and self-adjusting ability. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation in which college students are lack of reflection in English study and based on the bracket of constructivism theory to discuss the role of teachers in the process of cultivating reflection. School students' reflection ability is generally poor. Many students don't know the need of reflection, and even have no consciousness of reflection. At the same time, many teachers ignore the cultivation of students' reflection ability, so the reflection ability of students is not what we are optimistic about, it is suggested that teachers train the students to learn to reflect. It is very necessary and important to make teachers and students become reflective practitioners. Learning to learn is the purpose of reflective learning. It is important to cultivate students’ reflection ability. Constructive learning is a kind of self-regulation of learning. Constructivism learning theory emphasizes that in the teaching it should be student-centered, and teachers are the helpers to construct. They use teaching practice situation, cooperation, conversation and significance construction elements to give full play to the students' initiative, positivity and innovation so that the students can effectively realize the meaning of knowledge construction. Constructivism theory provides the ways and methods to the research and training students' reflective learning behaviors. Constructivism theory considers that the reflective learning refers to the fact that people should critically examine their learning methods and learning process in the process of learning new knowledge, and constantly sum up experience and lessons, so as to achieve the purpose of improving learning ability. It seems that the formation of students' reflection ability may also experience three stages: guided by others words, self-directed and automation.
    2 An Overview of Reflective Learning
    Old sayings go, “he who reflects himself every day will make as few mistakes as possible.” and “He tried his best to introspect himself three times every day.” And so on. These sayings work for a very basic reason: the function of reflection to one’s development is emphasized.
