    摘 要中学生在进行英语口语交流时,一旦被某个单词“卡”住,就不知道该怎么样才能使对话延续下去,担心对方失去继续与自己对话交流的兴趣,于是宁可放弃用英语交流。因此,这篇论文基于上述事实,通过对交际策略研究状况的探讨,并结合自身在大山外国语学校的观察与对比,概括总结了交际策略的定义、分类及其重要作用。同时文章也提出了如果适时地对学生展开交际策略训练,使他们利用有限的英语语言知识和英语学习时间达到用英语交流的目标,将对他们的英语口语表达起促进作用,之后文章又适当总结了一些交际策略的培养技巧和注意问题。最后希望这篇论文能对中学生的英语口语教学有所帮助。40087

    Abstract In spoken English communication, once a word difficult to express, middle school students don’t know what to do to make the dialogue continues, and fear people lose interest in continuing to communicate with them, so they would rather give up to communicate in English. Thus this paper is based on the above facts, and through the discussion of the study of communication strategy, combining with the observation and contrast in Dashan Foreign Language School, it summarizes the definition, classification and the important effects of communication strategy. At the same time, it puts forward that if given timely communication strategy training to make use of limited English language knowledge and given enough time to reach the goal of communication in English, the students will get benefits in promoting their spoken English, and then it summarizes the cultivation methods of communication strategy and the problems paid attention to. Finally, hopefully this paper will be beneficial to oral English teaching of middle school students.

    I. Introduction
    There are gaps between the development of the times and the current situation of English education in China, which is not adapt to the need of economic construction and social development in our country. With the development of English teaching in China, people have realized the importance of communication strategy in English teaching, and that gradually it will take the place of the traditional teaching modes, and at the same time they strengthen the cultivation of students’ communicative ability and improve students’ English achievements, so as to promote English teaching. Communicative competence is composed by the language ability, social language skills and the communication strategy. Communication strategy is put forward by Tarone (1977) to solve the problems due to the lack of language knowledge, thus to continue the communication (56). So the communication strategy plays a leading role in improving students’ communicative competence. Over the past twenty years, China’s communication strategy use has a booming development and in the communication strategy use, its influence on the communicative competence in the researches emerges endlessly. There is a certain gap between the knowledge used for communication and the language knowledge existing in students’ mind, and the vacancy needs to use the strategy, namely using strategy ability to combine language knowledge into the practice of the unknown. Visibly, one should promote the ability of using communication strategy if one wants to promote communicative competence.
