摘要皮带输送机是输送物料的高效连续运输设备。由于煤矿井下环境复杂,条件恶劣,皮带输送机容易发生各种故障和部件损坏,不仅影响到了日常生产,还可能严重威胁到井下工作人员的生命安全。本设计根据《煤矿安全规程》的要求,设计了以单片机为核心的皮带监控系统,实现对皮带机常见故障的监控,并由上位机进行分析决策,做出相应的保护动作来保证皮带输送系统稳定高效地运行,极大地提高了煤矿的生产效率与安全性。50572
由于是煤矿生产,必须通过皮带监控系统来实现皮带输送系统的稳定高效运行。利用传感与检测技术对皮带输送系统的重要信息进行采集和处理,实现对皮带运输机可能出现的打滑,跑偏,撕裂等状况的监测和保护,实现远程自动化控制。本设计采用AT89C51单片机在系统中充分发挥了其可靠性高、便于扩展、控制能力强、低电压低功耗、性价比高特点,保证了皮带监控系统的安全可靠的运行。
该系统经济适用,功能完善,可靠性高,从而大大地降低了对于人力、物力资源的需求,并保障了矿井的安全生产,提高了煤矿的生产效率和经济效益。

Abstract Belt conveyor is a efficient and continuous equipment to transport material. Due to the complex environment and the severe conditions in coal mine,belt conveyor is damaged easily, as a result, which not only affect the production, but also is a serious threat to the safety of staff in the underground. The design based on "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", to design a belt conveyor monitoring system and microcontroller is the core of the design. The design monitor and protect some common faults in it, and the host computer make some analysis and decision on the basis of data to make some protection to promote it works. This system can greatly improve production efficiency and safety in coal production .
Since the coal production, belt monitoring system must realize the stability and efficiently of the belt conveyor system. belt monitoring system collect and process important information data by transducing and measuring technique, and realize the monitoring and protection of possible sliding, belt conveyor running deviation, tearing and so on conditions, at last realize remote automatic control. In the system, AT89C51 microcontroller give full play to its high reliability, easy extension, low voltage control capability, low power consumption, cost-effective features, ensure operation of belt monitoring system safely and reliably.
The system is inexpensive, applicable, high reliable and fully functional, thus it greatly reduced the demand of manpower and material resources. At the same time, which ensure safety in production and improve the production efficiency and economic benefit in coal mine.
