摘要:甲醇作为基础化工原料中最为常见的一种原料,在常见的工厂中煤制甲醇是通过使用煤制备煤气及焦炉气来生成甲醇。在近期中国市场中煤化工的发展迅速,使得生成的甲醇的量也相对的增加了许多,可是甲醇的产量供应还是跟不上对于甲醇的需求量,甲醇市场的竞争也相对的加大。以至于如何去降低甲醇的生产成本,以及在制造甲醇中如何去降低能量消耗,变成我们研究的一个方向。合成法是甲醇生产中最为主要的一种方法。2H2+ CO→ CH3OH是甲醇合成的化学方程式。可以通过固体(如煤、焦炭)液体(如原油)或气体(如天然气)作为原料去合成甲醇。57446
Design of control system of Methanol waste heat recovery section
Abstract: Methanol as a basic chemical raw materials, the most common raw materials in the common coal methanol plant is to generate through the use of methanol gas and coke oven gas and coal preparation. The rapid development of the Chinese market in the near future coal chemical industry, so that the amount of methanol produced is relatively increased a lot, but the production of methanol or supply can not keep up demand for methanol, methanol market competition is relatively increased. So how to reduce the production cost of methanol, as well as in the manufacture of methanol how to reduce energy consumption, into a direction of our research. Methanol synthesis is the production of most major method. 2H2 + CO → CH3OH methanol synthetic chemical equation. Can go through the solid methanol synthesis (e.g., coal, coke) liquid (e.g. oil) or gaseous (e.g., natural gas) as a raw material.
