    摘要作为线控制动系统的一类,电子驻车制动系统(EPB,Electronic Parking Brake)是为提高驾驶人员的操作方便性以及行车安全性而研制的一种电控设备。
    本文对电子驻车制动系统进行了探索性的研究与开发,并进行了相关实验。对传统驻车制动系统与电子驻车系统的优缺点进行了对比,在分析相关国家标准的基础上,对电子驻车系统的系统功能进行了设计,并详细描述了系统设计的总体方案。
    本文重点设计了一套应用于电子驻车制动系统的液压系统。该系统功能是在1.5s时间内输出一不小于5000N的驻车制动力,且在制动完成后对系统锁紧。
    根据上述要求,设计了一液压执行系统。该系统采用电磁换向阀完成液压缸的往复运动,且设计液压缸使得活塞杆往复运动速度相等。该系统采用差动连接回路,提高系统总体效率。此外,系统配有一由单向阀与溢流阀组成的缓冲回路。9701
    本系统的关键设计是锁紧方式的选择。在综合讨论现有的机械锁紧基础上,考虑多方面因素,最终系统采用了套筒式机械锁紧。
    在综合考虑所给条件并结合实际情况的基础上,对液压系统各元件进行了选用,并查阅液压技术手册绘制各元件的外形图,最终由油路连接,组合为一完整系统。

    Title    The  study of the Electronic Parking Brake
    based on the Hydraulic Transmission
    Abstract
    As a kind of Brake-by-Wire, Electronic Parking Brake System is a Electric-Control-Equipment researched to enhance operating conviention and traffic safety.
    In this paper, the EPB is researched and developed exploringly and relevant tests are finished.  Conditional parking brake system and the EPB are compared. On the base of analyzing relevant national standards, the systematic function of EPB is designed, and whole scheme of the design is descripted in detail. This paper designed a set of  hydraulic system applications  used in electronic car brake system The  function of the system is output a car braking force that is not less than 5000 N in 1.5 second,and lock the system after the braking completed .
    A hydraulic system is designed for the requirements.The system used the electromagnetic reversing valves making the hydraulic cylinder move in reciprocating motion and the hydraulic cylinder  is designed to make the piston rod move reciprocating in a equal speed. Differential connection circuit is used in the system, in which way we can improve the efficiency of the system.In addition,the system has a buffer circuit which is made up by check valve and relief valve.
     The key point of the system is to choose the lock way.Based on the comprehensive discussion of the existing machinery lock system,considering all kinds of elements,we finally choose sleeve type mechanical lock in the system. Basing on the condition we have and combining with the physical truth,we choose the parts of the hydraulic system and draw the outside view of them refering to the technical manual.Finally,we link them with the channel of the oil to make them a intact system.
