    摘 要微格教学法是一种新型的教学技能,它已经成为师范院校在培训师范生基本技能中采用的、能有效改进教学方法和提高教学技能的一种培训方法。基于微格教学法和英语师范生教学技能研究,本文采用实证的方法对周口师范学院10个英语师范生进行试验,从而得出结论:微格教学对培养英语师范生教学技能具有重要作用。本文对英语师范生在培养教学技能中微格教学法所起的作用做一个清晰、具体的了解,可以为英语师范生如何用微格教学法提高教学技能水平提供帮助。40670

    Abstract  Micro-teaching is a new teaching skills in normal colleges, it has been used in cultivating students basic teaching skills, it is a training way that can effectively enhance teaching ways and improve teaching skills. Based on the survey of the foundation of micro-teaching and normal students teaching skills, this paper used the methods of experimental research, the subjects were 10 English major normal students in Zhoukou Normal University. The results showed that micro-teaching played an important role in cultivating normal students’ teaching skills. This paper investigated micro-teaching’s impact on cultivating students’ basic teaching skills. Hopefully, this survey offers help to English major normal students how to use micro-teaching to improve teaching skills level.

    A Study on Cultivating English Major Normal Student’s Teaching Skills Reflected in Micro-teaching Method
    I. Introduction 

    In the normal university, students’ teaching skills are trained, even enough  students teaching skills have advanced, but the effect is not so good. Survey the reasons, the key reason is that the teacher’s training mode are not novelty which does not arouse students’ interests. In order to make the students’ teaching skills be elevated, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of training, so teachers explore new mode of training for normal students, the new ways is micro-teaching. With the information era arrival, the digital education is developed more rapidly. Modern educational technology has important effects in students’ teaching which make the traditional classroom changes a lot. One of the important ways is micro-teaching, it is an effective way to improve English major student’s teaching skills that provided by digital micro-teaching network and multimedia equipment. The use of micro-teaching can make complex teaching contents classified, because it is pided into many small parts that help improve English major students’ teaching skills.
     Micro-teaching’s research and practice need to adapt to China’s education development, and modern education requires to use new technology to help student’s learn better, micro-teaching is a new technology that uses modern technique to train students’ teaching skills. It is beneficial to cultivate English major normal student’s teaching skills. The English major normal students should understand the concept of micro-teaching entirely, learning teaching skills makes normal students be able to adapt to their work quickly after graduation and to strive to become the future outstanding educators. At the same time, the studies focusing on normal students of English major are less and this filed is worth exploring, it can make students understand their strengths and weaknesses in teaching skills and make them improve weaknesses and it is beneficial to their future career.
