In business English translation, it should be used target language to express the accurate and faithful information which in the source language, and be able to let the reader get with the equal original information when reading, that is information equivalent. In the process of translation ,translators should use accurate words, concept clear, norm, especially unit and digital must be accurate. In thie sentence, “It seems” and “about five million dollars” roughly predict this year's production costs, taking the cost of covenant by many uncertain factors into account, did not say what would happen necessarily, thus seemingly fuzzy language is actually more accurate expression of the grasp of said object.
2.4 Rationality
In the process of business English translation, we should not only use the word rigorouly and formally, but also pay attention to a reasonable tone. Especially in explaining to counterpart, complaints, claims and other matters, the tone must be reasonble. We should not take strong attitude or humble compliment. We should according to the facts, express our attitude properly. E.g. In the study of business English, it is easy to find that use a lot of conventional phraseology. For example, for the received letter from the other party, there are several following ways to express. 3. Business English Translation Skills
3.1 Choosing exact words
Correct word choice is an important prerequisite to ensure the quality of translation. Firstly, select an appropriate word depends on accurate understanding of the original meaning. And the exact understanding of the original meaning depend on the scrutiny of the context of the original.
