Abstract
With the fast development of global integration and international trade, the financial flows links with other countries are increasingly frequent. In a consequence, financial English translation is playing a significant role. In recent years, though financial English translation has been separated from the business English translation, the targeted studies of the features and translation strategies of financial English words only represent slight proportions. In this thesis, the author intends to discuss the distinct features of the financial English words from various fields. And the penman proposes the translation strategies combining the views from functional equivalence theory and the related translation principles. Thus, the writer hopes that this study would be the tentative reference for further research of English financial words to lower the incidence of the errors made by the misunderstanding of the translators in practice.
The paper falls into five parts. The first part serves as an introduction. The second part aims at analyzing the features of financial English words. The third part presents the overview of translation theory and principles in financial English. The fourth part explores into the translation strategies of financial English words. The last part functions as a conclusion.

摘要
随着国际贸易和经济全球化的飞速发展，金融领域的合作与交流日渐频繁，其翻译在经济贸易中的重要作用日益突出。近年来，虽然国内对金融英语翻译的研究已经同商务英语区别出来，但有关金融术语的特点及其翻译的专项研究仍只占少数。针对此问题在本篇文章中，笔者从多方面对金融术语的特点进行分析归纳。并结合奈达的功能对等理论和相关翻译原则对金融术语实例进行诠释，提出对应的翻译策略。希望本文能在理论上为金融英语翻译的研究提供初步参照，在实践中能帮助金融工作者减少金融英语理解方面的失误。9698
