    摘要英语写作在英语学习中占据着重要地位,在国际交流与合作中的作用也越来越重要。众所周知,英语写作是一个认识过程,是书面表达和传递信息的交际能力,它能够比较客观的反映学生多方面语言运用能力。英语写作能力的高低体现了学生的英语综合素质,但在现实的初中英语教学中,写作教学一直未得到应有的重视,学生的写作能力始终难以达到预期的目标。当今,英语写作教学中存在着许多严重的问题。基于这点考虑,我们需要把合作学习应用到初中教学中去。本文通过把合作学习理论和写作教学结合起来,提出在写作教学中采用合作学习来促进学生写作的进步。24937

    Abstract
    English writing is important in learning English and it is playing a more and more important role in international communication and cooperation. As we all know, English writing is a course of cognition. Writing is the communicative ability of written language expression. It can refer the student’s ability of using the language more objectively. The level of English writing skills reflects the overall competence of a student. However, writing has not received due attention in present English language teaching. What’s more, student’s writing ability is far from the desired objectives of the curriculum standards. Nowadays, many serious problems exist in the current teaching of English writing. Based on this, cooperative learning is carried out in teaching of English writing in junior middle schools. The study tries to combine the cooperative learning with teaching of English writing; it comes up with the cooperative learning model in teaching English writing to promote the students to make a progress in English writing.

     I. Introduction
        In our modern society, people all over the world communicate with each other in English more and more frequently. At the same time, writing in English also has been become more and more important nowadays. For junior middle school students, writing is the most important skill of the four comprehensive skills and it can embody the level of the students, but it is also the most difficult skill for students to acquire. At the same time, it is most difficult for teachers to teach. In addition, because of the single mode, many teachers can not get ideal effects on their English writing lessons and pay little attention to the teaching of English writing of junior middle school students in China. So English writing has been the weak point of many middle schools all the time. This is a question that we should considerate carefully.
